1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using SmartRobot's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement.

2. Description of Service

SmartRobot provides AI-powered web and mobile development solutions. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service with or without notice.

3. User Conduct

You agree to use our services only for purposes that are legal, proper and in accordance with these terms and any applicable laws or regulations.

4. Intellectual Property

The content, organization, graphics, design, and other matters related to the Site are protected under applicable copyrights and other proprietary laws. The copying, redistribution, use or publication of any such matters or any part of the Site is strictly prohibited.

5. Project-Specific Agreements

Each project undertaken by SmartRobot is subject to its own specific terms of agreement. These project-specific terms will be provided to the client before the commencement of any work and must be agreed upon by both parties. The project-specific agreement shall be the governing document for all matters related to that particular project, including but not limited to:

• Project scope and deliverables
• Timeline and milestones
• Payment terms and schedule
• Intellectual property rights specific to the project
• Confidentiality agreements
• Acceptance criteria and testing procedures
• Maintenance and support terms (if applicable)
• Dispute resolution procedures
• Termination conditions

In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and Conditions and the project-specific agreement, the terms of the project-specific agreement shall prevail for that particular project. Clients are bound by the terms of the project-specific agreement for the duration of the project and any agreed-upon maintenance period.

6. Limitation of Liability

SmartRobot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the services; (iii) any content obtained from the services; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

7. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless SmartRobot and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the Service, by you or any person using your account and password; b) a breach of these Terms, or c) Content posted on the Service.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

We reserve the right to modify these general terms at any time. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page. Please review these terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.

Project-specific agreements, once signed, will not be affected by changes to these general terms unless mutually agreed upon by both parties.

10. Governing Law

11. Dispute Resolution
